Performance Improvement Program

This is the entry level. Also known as BAND-I. All new joiners, trainees, non-performers automatically get assigned to this level. This level gives the candidate the opportunity to develop their skills for industry standard output. The profit at this level is comparatively lower.

Level: PRO
Professional

This level is known as BAND-II. A candidate gets assigned to this level, when the average performance is consistently at 99.4% and above. The profit margin at this level is higher, as the candidate doesn't need to give out points to request the task or file.
